Why doesn't She consider the consequences of her actions?

Sei is in her 30s right? With a fully formed and functional brain? So why is she acting like she's 16? She doesn't seem to have a good sense of identity, she acts without considering the ramifications, and she seems to be acting in a contrarian way to what she says and thinks. She reminds me of Mile from Didn't I Say to Make my Abilities Average in the Next Life? except unlike Mile she doesn't have the excuse of being a child.

She does think. She's also only 20 not 30 (although i don't blame you for thinking she was considering her job and shit I thought she was like 25) Her life was so boring, dull and lonely so maybe she just wants some adventure, company, some acknowledgment and it genuinely seems that she wants to do the right thing even if it means having similar levels of responsibly and pressure at her former stereotypical Japanese salarymen/women job. Also I'm 19 but my maturity isn't much more then a 17 or 18 year old, maybe even less when it comes to emotional intelligence.

Probably cuz she is a sheltered brat who hasn't had a life outside of schooling and office work, also since she kinda ugly with the glasses and old office lady look she probably doesnt have any romantic experience hence why she acting like such a hoe and being dense as fuck toward commander Hawke, like my man kinda down bad at this point. Also I do agree she hella childish tryna deny her powers and just stick with being a sheltered majic princess r whatever like God please pick up a fucking sword and start leveling up already yeeeshhh.
