I am not sure if it's intentional but some scenes particularly with Koguma in it has a change in colour saturation. Any explanation for that?

No, it’s definitely intentional. The color saturation changes with her mood, hence why it gets a lot warmer and brighter when her mood gets warmer and brighter. I actually really like it, because it really emphasizes the scenes that would normally make lasting memories for a real person (getting the bike, making a friend, her first job, etc.)

yes, and it's beautiful how they do it, it happens whenever she discovers something new in life that makes her happy, like when she made a friend or in the last episode when she can change the Cub oil alone and the sad colors of the world around become warmer, shows her mood.

We noticed since episode one.
Obviously it's intentional and signifies Koguma's mood change

No but I did notice that the literature club girl sounded like she recorded her lines in a different room. Though considering the state of the world that can't be helped.

Yes, as if she's pale when she's gloomy, she's bright when she's happy. Her life really changed after she bought her cub, she has friends, she had a job, she has more things to do unlike her past self. Wake up, go to school, go home, go to bed, and repeat.
