I think the intent was to let him die but as told by him everyone there is him and so another version of him kept on living in his place probably

I don’t think they meant to let him live but since he’s minions can just take the helmet and get him back.

They could have destroyed the Zoaholic to stop his revivals but decided not to... why did they decide not to

The reason why is because of Prushka. She wanted them all to be able to get along and live together so as her last Riko let him live to respect Prushka. And after his defeat, bondrewd grew to see things in a different way i guess (it wasn’t really clear on that).

Riko respected Prushka's request, she didn't want them to fight with each other, it's plausible to say she felt it through the white whistle.

I suppose if he tricks more kids to come down to the Abyss and then tortures and murders them it would still have been the right decision to let him live?

yeah, that made no sense to let him live so he can continue his mad experiments. Unless he's actually changed which was not clear to me

That was my question too reading the manga, but thankfully the anime fixed the huge mess and confusion of the terrible art of the manga lol and now watching the anime i could pay more attention:

- First reason was Prushka+Riko's will.

- Second was that Bond told Nanachi that now his only ambition is to see Riko's adventure continue.

Still, that Zoaholic could at least be destroyed in Reg's incinerator sphere. That way Bond could not reproduce anymore. But then Bond would die with the tailed Umbra.

Anyway, Bond had a not satisfying fate for us.
