Guys im confuse who is kosuke matsuo?

You guys have been saying that the mangaka wanted an animation like that, which is hard to believe and according to

The producer Kosuke Matsuo asked the director for that animation, or is this forum wrong

Oh and btw the name of the mangaka is Kosuke Oono

Idk about what his personal reasoning for making them animate it like this(I have heard he has done this before as well) but to an outsider,it just looks like he's cutting corners to save money(Scared of a big loss maybe,who knows). Personally,I liked the way this was animated though.

Pretty sure the mangaka isn’t the one that pays, he’s the one that gets payed

Isn't producer the one who invests his money into the production of anything and gets paid if it makes profit??

Yeah the mangaka and the producer are not the same person, the studio comes to the mangaka with an offer or vice versia, and then either the mangaka leaves the adaptation up to them and tells them tips, or follows with them like the canon naruto movies.
