| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Good bye Kikyo! Poor Manatsu, the first woman who said yes to his "marriage proposal" (he got dumped on chapter 1) He was loving Kikyo, but it seems she was not looking him like a man, maybe like a very deep "nakama", a girl she, Kikyo, loved in the sense of trust the most. There is the clear moment when she realized "oh, Manatsu is still a boy, who loves me":  The moment this series went from Dark Souls to Angel Beats vibe. This is sad, because this chapter remembers that the destiny of every character is to be "freed", until Manatsu become the last one, alone. And Manatsu is not going to stay alive too, since he already died. And finally something is explained:  That Girl with the princess body was another Hero/Heroine in that same body. Since Kikyo don't remember seeing a previous Manatsu, that fight (where Boy-Manatsu died) may occurred long time ago. The remaining question is: Why/How they went to Japan world? |

| First of all, I thought it would be different from the beginning as the main character will be stuck in a girl's body and do not remember anything from his past to present. I like the way it is like the main character stuck in a girl's body and does not act like a girl, but sometimes he does. Again, I like the main character and the other main character named Kikyo Amagahara. Kikyo looks beautiful and badass character. If the main character in his main body (boy's body), I would ship them (Asai Manatsu and Kikyo Amagahara). It was kind of sad that she is free, going back to her world, or reborn. I like when she said, "If I were to be reborn again. I would love to become your wife!"  I hope at the end of this manga that Manatsu saves the world and returns to his world; then, years later, Manatsu gets a chance to see Kikyo then they get married. |
