They should just call this a "colored motion-manga"

The animation of this anime is the worst shit I have seen. However if you call it a colored motion-manga it'll instantly turn into a high quality colored motion-manga instead of a low quality anime.

I gave up on character of the week since it takes too much thinking. I'll just change my forum pfp to whoever I want every week lol.

I expected them to do a mixture after watching the trailer, manga-motion at some static frames and regular animation at other scenes. But nah, they 'animated' the entire anime like a slideshow. Disappointed af.

Just shut up. Honestly not everything needs to be animated the same, at the end of the day no one cares if you hated the way they animated it. Shit was good regardless.

Ok? No reason to be so pressed. I only gave my opinion lol. Also using the logic "No one cares if you hated it" that means praising shouldn't be allowed either because "no one cares"

There is virtually no reason to go on a MAL forum and be toxic for no reason.

I don't even really hate the way they animated it either. Im just saying that I and a lot of other people think its shit so I view it as a high quality colored motion-manga.

That's how it was marketed in Japan, actually. Netflix decided to market it as an anime everywhere else.

Well then we should blame Netflix for overhyping it. I think that as colored motion manga its alright but no as an anime. Also personally, I would rather recommend reading the manga than watching this. You could probably read more in the same amount of time

It reminds me of the low-budget Marvel Super Heroes show from the 1960s. But also, for sure it uses the same technique characteristics that created the concept of TV Anime in Japan back in 1963 with Tetsuwan Atom. Anyway, at least is not as unpresentable as EX-ARM from the last season.

They really should've not marketed it as an anime. That's the main reason it got so much hate. If they just straight-up told us what it was, I don't think it would get as much hate imo.

YES, and i’m glad he did it this way, it adds to the comedy. People who are rating it lower than a 5 just because of the frames are delusional and can’t see past the animation and what actually makes it good.
