In episode 12 Rimuru let Veldora out. Does that mean that he lost the power Veldora gave him?

Not at all. For one, Rimuru never digested Veldora (so to speak). He had him dwell in his stomach so that he could use Great Sage while Veldora used Inspector to analyze Unlimited Imprisonment. Also, Veldora is still technically inside Rimuru? He used a “soul corridor” to allow Veldora’s spirit to inhabit a clone of himself. So ,Veldora is still technically inside of him (i think).

I think he retains his magicules pool or total amount of magic power but has to use some to give Veldora a form and let him out, it’ll likely replenish. Can’t say for sure since it wasn’t explained in the anime.

Nah he didn’t lose any, basically he used some of his power to resurrect veldora but it will replenish given time.

The only power Veldora gave Rimuru was through his name Rimuru, and their family name Tempest which were both given to him before Rimuru devoured unlimited imprisonment, so letting Veldora out hasn't caused him to lose any powers. There is one drawback which will be explained in part 2 which I can't mention since its a spoiler.

I don't think Rimuru lost any power.
He just let Veldora to come out.

Soo the thing is the power Rimuru got from Veldora was from when Veldora named him "Rimuru Tempest", so it should be impossible that he would lose that power just by releasing him.

During his evolution to demon lord, he did lose some of the powers he had gained. Namely, Degenerate which he got from Shizue, and Merciless which got after massacring the army.

I’m pretty sure he only lost those Skills in name; their abilities were integrated into his Ultimate Skills such as Raphael and Beelzebub, so theoretically he should still be able to use them.

He was never using veldora's power in the first place. Veldora was sealed. Plus he became a demon lord so he's 10 times stronger than he used to be.

Ibhave read the manga adaptation and no he doesn't loose some of his powers.

Actually yes, keeping Veldora outside spends 90% of Rimuru energy, it takes a lot of energy for the slime to maintain the dragon 24/7 outside

Its kinda similar to the Servant and the Master relationship from Fate Zero/ Fate UBW, the Summoned Servant relies on the Master energy in order to keep or maintain their form in the world of living

that said, Veldora is undoubtedly one hella of powerful summon after all so Rimuru can just rely on him back. just like how Emiya Shirou relies on Saber or Rin relies on Archer
