"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer" Even if he and Mamori got along well in the fights, they never seemed to be close... Mamori doesn't trust him. Shiragasumi had never called Mamori by name and he made up all these nicknames for him. But Shiragasumi was always very protective towards Akane... So I don't think he could hurt her...
