Ok I did find it kinda funny that Panther Claw actually rang the doorbell at the time they announced they would come and steal the statue and since everyone is incompetent at their jobs they just let Panther Claw take the statue (really Cutie Honey in disguise.)
Guess these cops and detectives are not being paid for their job.

Besides the doorbell joke none of the other jokes were that funny again.
