| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So, the first time I watched Kaikan Phrase was probably more than a decade ago and I had good memories of it. Watching it again now, the first episode lived up to my expectations and I really enjoyed it! The characters feel complex and alive, and the story material is enticing. I liked when Sakuya, Santa and Yuki crossed each other's path without knowing each other, it paradoxically made them look like fateful encounters (in one of the most populated cities in the world, they will probably not remember they saw him in the street, nothing fateful in that XD). Looking forwards to the second episode! |
