Well the good news is that You is finally properly communicating with Michi now, and it does seem like he sincerely is trying to change his ways, so that's nice to see. Looks like it's You redemption time lol

It is nice to see that You is trying, although it has a lot to do with his guilt rather than a pure attempt. Still, Michi isn't totally innocent anymore either, even if they didn't sleep together yet.
I am kind of conflicted about the way Niina is acting towards his wife, I can't blame the situation he finds himself in totally on his wife. Yes, her actions were selfish and she was being inconsiderate of his feeling up until recently. However, unlike Michi who clearly voiced her dissatisfaction to You about their situation multiple times, Niina didn't communicate his feelings to his wife properly until now. He instead built up resentment towards her silently, and now it is showing. It is important to talk before you reach such a point, but he didn't.
I do feel slightly sorry for his wife, she clearly had not understood how bad things had gotten for him (again: poor communication until he reached a boiling point), but at least she seems to be trying earnestly. Unlike You who had to be confronted multiple times, and f'ed up in a major way before he started trying to change out of guilt for his actions and fear of being found out. Niina has clearly developed feelings for Michi, and does not want to feel guilty, which is why he is getting angry over his wifes attempts at changing. It makes thing more difficult for him.
