| Is it possible to approve this entry of Pretty Boy Detective Club/Bishounen Series? First volume of novel released in English recently and started releasing in Japan a while ago. Wanted to read this since I own the first volume physically but not able to add it here. Anime entry was approved a while ago for this too. |

It's weird but it's hard to inform MAL staff to update manga/novels to be able to add it unless it's something really really popular. | Actually, this can be approved! I.2.5 Novels - Please wait to submit these entries. Proper novels which have been directly adapted to anime and/or manga (e.g. Shinsekai yori); cannot be an interpretation. Restricted to Japanese/Korean/Chinese novels written in the 1980s and beyond. | Nice, but it's actually 12 novels. There's a new vol coming out next month http://taiga.kodansha.co.jp/author/i-nishio.html ; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Boy_Detective_Club and no, that does not mean more new volumes will be released. Nisio commented in his last interview that with the anime coming out he would write a new volume. That's it. |
