With that fact now established, you may now realize why there are subtle fetish (ecchi) elements in Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san, especially the extra chapters.
'All that being said, I'll be candid in admitting that I am a pervert who enjoys his work and hentai/adult doujinshi.

My wonder though is if he'll ever one day publish an adult doujinshi (if not several) sex scenes of Nagatoro x Senpai as if cannon from the story but of course out of the manga, because as a fan ...and pervert, I'd love to have that. Although I don't mind too much if it never happens, even without a subtle hint of them having sex in the manga later on.

I realize they are teenagers, so I think it'd be more appropriate for most if they have sex as adults in and/or out (adult doujinshi) of the manga.

... The real question is ... how much if at all would Japan allow that?
Because as much as I am 'curious, I have no idea (if it's ever been done and) how bad or acceptable it would be to the manga and adult doujinshi industry in allowing a mangaka to publish an adult doujinshi based off a non-adult manga in Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san, knowing full well he's an adult artist as well.
... I personally think they could allow it but I'm not extremely confident of that belief.
