Another character introduced! And this time, the chapter was really juicy; a lot more than just "here's my little sister she's dumb but cute moe kyuuun hehe."

We actually got to know some backstory of this couple, like how they met, a bit about their work and personal life, and also some feelings. Setsuna saying that getting pinned down does sound nice is kinda 😳 maybe that's the alcohol talking but i like to imagine it. thank you alcohol

I absolutely love how outgoing Mari is and her main role of dealing with chemicals as an assassin. An alchemical assassin to deal with targets is a nice change of pace than one that just physically fights or uses guns or knives or whatnot. Shortly waking up after a hangover and feeling fine because of her tolerance is hilarious lol

I also like how Mari just basically calls them a riajuu couple because she just HATES that they're so happy and cute together and man she WANTS to be like that like 😤😭😫

With Mari's experience of having a boyfriend of her own being scared of her work makes me wonder how Setsuna's husband got used to Setsuna's job of killing ppl. I like to think that it was just "o shit u kill ppl? dam dawg that's scary but i still love you for you and who you are" and gets used to it.

also jeeez dude the flirting at the end is wild tho like Mari got zamn you're my fav character now
