Well the movie released today and stats showing currently 10/10 rating at peak. Idk when the sub will come out. Requesting the ones who already watched it give your honest review without spoiler.
Is it really 25 mins duration? Is ticket price is worthy ? and everything else.
Don't forget to give some review about our waifu Kurumi .

What's the deal with the duration? It's really just a pre screening of the first episode?
Also, doubt this is considered spoilers and I would like to know, does it covers the entire vol 1 that episode?

the duration is like 25 mins as I heard. I don't wanna hear that the movie didn't sell much. On the otherhand I feel ike this is totally bad marketing strategy to put 25 mins movie in a theater is it's not that good.

Actually, I think releasing a movie in theater is obviously a bad move (sometimes forced/necessary) considering a large portion of the world population now refuses to get back to theaters.

I believe the best solution would be allowing movie release on streaming platform but it'd be such a huge problem to deal with. Like for example, the movie "Mulan" is now (or will shortly become) accessible only Disney+ streaming platform. However, the main issue remains the fact you - as a person who wants to watch the movie - will have to suscribe without really being sure that suscription will serve future purpose.

Now to get back to the duration topic : if it has such a low duration then indeed, I wouldn't go to a theater for that.

Extactly man. I won't either if the duration is 25 mins. Some onw posted on facebook that they bought ticket for 1200 yen. It would be waste if the show is only 25 mins. I do wanna support the creators but they should also think about us too.

It really is 25 minutes and goes for 1300 yen (~12 usd) based on the ticket price information

Too much to be honest. In my country movie ticket price is equavalent to 500 yen for 1.5-2 hrs movie. Compared to that it is too much. If fans become dissapointed the author and studio is to blame.

Lmao, in France I'd pay - as a student - 7.40€ /8.77$ (while the maximum price is 12.10€) for a ticket, without taking in consideration the travel cost. So 25 minutes for that price... well not a fair deal.

Actually I'm complaining for nothing since anime movies almost never have a local release lul

Yes, you can. As far as I know, it's a prequel of all season. Correct me if I am wrong.

I see Funimation didn't get its hands on this, so I'm not really expecting anything right now, but any idea when we might get an English sub of this? I presume that the virus might be making it hard for a fan to get an episode/movie like this to the West right now, so I CAN wait, but I'd rather not check for it every day if it'll be 6 months.

I feel like I said that very crassly. My apologies.
