| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Finally, we at least know the last name of the school president. Kanno, while she's sighing in disappointment looking at Satoshi's thank you note of her blanket. Ha, they really called the band Primember. Weird name ... I wonder if that's properly translated from the japanese name. As the days go by everyday, they practice until they finish their first composition, while Satoshi is still self-conscious of the day she hugged him when they touch hands reaching for a water bottle. Aha, Eiko is Kanno's first name. As Eiko's progress approaches for her to join when she ranks lower than Rin, Rin once again reacts differently from the past mentioning Satoshi has been intensely looking at her, which he almost realizes is jealousy. But I wonder if it's that he never realized her jealousy in the past. Wow. 'Weird ... so unlike the past her feelings of love for him are stronger to which she expresses strong jealousy over Eiko, since she easily agreed to them performing to Eiko in the past. When he confronts her, she misunderstands it as him being in love with Eiko, which frustratingly he holds back in revealing his true feelings, pleading her to sing to then somewhat surprisingly she cheerfully accepts. When they forcefully restrain Eiko, they force her to listen to their song which she blissfully listens to but when she realizes she unintentionally helped in joining Rokurou, she's disappointed in herself until Satoshi consults her. When the teacher arrives, Eiko fools her into believing it wasn't the band playing. Before Rin and Satoshi separate to their homes, she mentions she's happy that Eiko is happy, which is the same thing she said in the past. The day she gave up on Satoshi when she saw his intimacy of calling Eiko's name compared to how he calls Rin. ... Another solid chapter. |
