----------------------------------------
Finally, after more than a year, the third chapter's been translated by someone. I've been waiting a LONG time for this, and hopefully the next chapters won't take as long.

So in this chapter, Takashi "confessed" that he killed the teacher just because he didn't like him. Then, when the news came out, they didn't release his name, probably for confidentiality, but some people thought it would be fun to release this information, and also the information about his family. I truly hated this part, and it's really sad how realistic this can be. The people online find it fun and exciting to "ruin" his life, and his family's life, who had nothing to do with what Takashi did. That's a MAJOR problem with the online community. They find things like this funny and entertaining without giving a shit for those involved. The mother continues to suffer while repeatedly apologizing for things she didn't do, and his sister got angry for suffering for what her brother did. Both these reactions are 100% valid.

Next, everyone pities Sasaki for having witnessed it apparently. She hasn't told anyone about what truly happened in the room. I saw many people hating on her for it, but for me, it's okay. While I think she should also say what happened, she's been traumatized. There is almost no possible way for her to talk about it without panicking or freaking out. I know it takes so much courage to talk about these topics, so it's understandable why she couldn't say anything. And even if she did tell, she would start being labeled as "the girl who was assaulted" and shit like that, and people would pity her all the time. I don't think anyone would want that. I just really hope that she would say something in the future.

I'm still in the gray area with how the authorities handled it. Did they actually investigate the crime? Did they check the crime scene? Even if the phone was smashed, couldn't they have checked the data to find the pictures and find out what's really going on? Honestly, this part makes me think, because even if the authorities finds out what really happened, what would they do? I've heard that Japan's a patriarchal country, and that sexual harassment on women is often ignored.

All in all, good chapter. Pretty realistic, to be honest. Now we just have to wait for the next chapters.

Neither wants to confess the truth. The girl is traumatized and the boy understands that him saying it will make it worse for the girl. So the solution is the girl must overcome it, tell the truth.
