I think this manga will get an anime adaptation, when final season of main story will be finished. As long as hype is not dead, anime creators will exploit this franchise to the maximum.

I hope this will be animated too. It may earned MAPPA a place in AoT franchise too beside to be called a studio for just one last season. It's a win-win situation, we got the wish granted, they got a place in lots of people's heart.

I honestly hope so. I think it would be great not only for fans but as a business move to turn this into an anime before the hype dies out.

That’s a good point, this will probably get an adaptation, not because it’s generally a good manga(I’m not sure I haven’t read it) but it will get one because corporate will want to milk this series for as long as possible.

This manga is not bad, but many things are different than in main story.
For example, in BtF we don't have the same plot twist storytelling and characters are different, so people probably won't be that hyped about everything like they was about main storyline.
On the other hand, Hajime Isayama's storytelling was sometimes a bit chaotic, so that makes less suprising, but more concretized BtF story is one of positives of this manga.
