| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Christmas episodes are usually a joy, and I loved this one! It's been a year since it all started for Natsume, Touma and Akinori. It's been a year since they became friends and started to deal actively with the youkai. I felt so bad when everyone was supposedly busy and Akinori kind of gave up on his Surprise Christmas Party, that it felt great when he was the one surprised by them instead. Of course, it wouldn't be nice at all if Natsume, Keisuke and Touma just left their families behind to spend Christmas with their friend, but there was no need to choose and no one had to feel lonely. It's a pity that Ayame couldn't be there, but it can't be helped if her family trip is a Christmas tradition for them. I mean, I know she is amazing, but she can't teleport. At least not yet. lol And she was there in a way, Akinori chose a photo with everyone for that poster, and I love that Keisuke doesn't deny anymore that he is one of them like he did in the beginning. xD It was also great to see Keita, and even Shutendouji and Douketsu were celebrating together. Oh, and Fudou Myouou Boy seems to be there to stay. I guess it's because the food is too good to let go? lol Now the preview of the next episode got me really excited, something that I have been waiting for a while is finally going to happen!!! Oh, and the story with Momi and that girl was nice, but it can't compare to seeing the main characters staying together because they care about each other. I loved when they got together to sing in public in order to find the girl though. I would be embarrassed like Keisuke, but I find it really nice how he tried his best. I guess it was easier since he wasn't alone. xD |
