| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- They didn't waste any time into starting their battle against Jorougumo, but not even Genbu could cut her threads with his Genbu Houtenfu without having to unleash all of his power first. That was cool. I was kind of disappointed that Natsume left Keisuke behind because it was dangerous though. It isn't like it was safe before, but he was always there with them. Just in the previous episode she took his hand instead of leaving him behind, and now this just so that Jorougumo could use him as a hostage. But well, that's a small problem in an episode which was pretty good to be honest. Micchi raising his own death flag was pretty funny, and I thought that would be his only 'cool' moment here, but no. He was there to prevent Jorougumo from escaping alive when not even Shutendouji was able to finish her off. That was epic and really funny. But back to the battle, I thought that Shutendouji would only appear after Jorougumo was defeated to cowardly kill her in a merciless way, but no. It's true that she had been fighting for a while and damaged, but she still had enough power to resist and escape from him, so his 'help' was cool and welcome. Not only his help though, Shutendouji doesn't even use fire like Douketsu, but he is hot stuff. lol Oh, and Fudou Myouou Boy was really cute and cool. He almost finished Jorougumo by himself after showing up, that punch to the face was quite something lol, and I hope he appears again. xD Even Jiitan had a moment thanks to Natsume's plan, and I guess this is it, This was a really cool and climactic conclusion to the battle against Jorougumo. Ayame is safe, and it's true Akinori lost his chance to confess twice, but I don't think that he is going to give up. lol And Shutendouji and Douketsu are back to square one in the search for their Princess who seems to be near. I feel like Shutendouji is all that Douketsu cares about though. |
