I mean at least for now here is no reason to not trust him or better not to ally with him. For now it seems that Jigen plan is to kill all life on Earth so it could be a good reason for Amado to betray him.

So I think that they are planning to "retcon" and add some backstory to Kaguya like she "fall in love" in Earth and decided to not destroy it and eventually defeated Jigen.

Damn bro seeing shikamaru lose his composure was a sight to behold. That father instinct kicked in instantly

They knew exactly what they were doing with having KK stabbed with rods

This chapter was straight gas

So much information and action. Definitely our best in a LOONG time

So KK confirmed to have been “created” most likely meaning he is indeed an Android or clone made with data from Jiraiya. Not Hiruzen’s son

Moreover confirmation of Jigen being an otsutsuki vessel, which we basically already knew but now it’s 100 percent confirmed. We already knew about the Otsutsuki travelling from planet to planet consuming chakra, but it seems like we got another confirmation of a personal theory of mine.

The otsutsuki are basically parasitic life forms who go from planet to planet seeking new hosts via karma. They probably don’t even have natural humanoid bodies themselves.

Can’t wait for next month. If pierrot gave the anime a break/went seasonal allowing the manga to do its thing for a bit and then adapted pure manga content, the boruto anime would get so much more love. The manga, in my opinion, is better than part 1 naruto, but the filler esque anime stuff turns people off

Lots of great lore this chapter (I'm with the scientist guy, this stuff is very fascinating). So I guess the Bijuu are all segments of seedlings (wonder if that'll ever be put to use). It seems that info on the karma is being reserved for the future. I'm expecting next time to focus to the origin of KK.

Konoha really should have some protocol set up for things like this. But it was nice to see Shikamaru lose his cool. This is the same guy who called everything a pain as a kid.

the anime needs to be remake, and follow the manga line from beginning to end(present), with no filler(so it'll proof that, Boruto isn't a bad/poor show and it'll show Boruto is different than Naruto).

Whoah, a good amount of theories about the Otsutsuki proven this chapter. KK being created was confirmed so he's definitely not the ero-sennin we know per se. Would make sense if KK was created using Jiraiya as a template. But by who?

So this is wht happened then. the true backstory of the real villains of the series. The Otsutsuki's.

Before the start of the entire Ninja world and during the warring periods, someone planted the tree on earth before Kaguya arrived. The tree was most probably behaving weird and the gullible people believed it to be godly and henceforth made it a forbidden area. I also feel tht this itself could have been a manipulation by some otsutsuki or maybe a mass hypnotism jutsu of sorts tht made the people declare the tree forbidden.

Kaguya might have been sent by Jigen or maybe Jigen and Kaguya together might have been sent by the otsutsuki clan to get the fruit. something caused the two to seperate and well Kaguya lands on earth.

Due to her emotional state at tht time when her appointed assistant died and her being pregnant, she ate the fruit which she was supposed to provide to Jigen or the clan. This screws up Jigen and the clan's plan, which scares Kaguya causing her to protect herself by creating the zetsu army.
She also built different dimensions and hid stuff about her plan and well for whom did she write these plans of her's for is the question ?
I am probably guessing, tht she might have intended to make two more otsutsuki vessels of her will with her sons and maybe after doing so she could not have told them her plans directly. but she instead hid these written plans of her's in such places where her two transformed otsutsuki sons could have found.

She's later defeated by her sons causing her plans to go awol and all of tht leads to the events tht will shape up the ninja world.

Now Jigen could have sent Momoshiki, Kinshiki and Urashiki immediately after Kaguya's defeat at her son's hands, instead of waiting for her reincarnation after a thousand years and her second defeat at Naruto and Sasuke's hands.

I am guessing again it could be:
The time it takes for them to travel to Earth and maybe he never knew wht happened to her until Naruto and Sasuke defeats her causing him or maybe the clan to send in Momoshiki and Kinshiki. the defeat could be the message tht triggered these guys.
Probably urashiki was a secret spy abt Momoshiki and Kinshiki to Jigen which leads me to believe tht these two never really worked together with Jigen and it was two grps working for the otsutsuki clan seperately.

Probably this part will be explained in the future chapters I guess. So far the entire lore seems to have been built up quite well and I just hope the author doesn't retcon it and destroy the entire thing in the process.

I really like this part of the arc. Even though he seems kinda vague but I like to make myself fall into the hole of plot twist even it looks very obvious.

Only had one issue for this chapter. I really like were are finally starting to get some answers for not only question of Boruto but also questions I had for Naruto Shippuden. But my issue is with this Amado guy. Who takes a kid hostage and then asks his father if he could be excepted to live in the village. Just saying that you would cooperate and provide intel of Kara was reason enough for them to let you in the village. The way he went about it made noooo sense to me whatsoever. If anything it just shows that if they let you in civilian or not once you provide all that information I vote you kill him.
