Is the manga better? I dropped the anime after 1st season and read a bit of the manga but so far it seemed exactly the same...
I'm looking for a romance manga where main couple does things for each other and it's not just a one sided dependence..
Have any manga in mind where main characters are shown even after getting together and working as a couple???

I did the same thing as you with Rosario Vampire. The manga isn’t exactly the same as the anime though. The design of each chapter and episode are around the same. A suspicious character is introduced and on of the main characters usually needs to be saved by inner Moka, but im still reading the manga so this might change.

You should keep reading the manga. Imo, I think its good and there are differences. Theres an important character to the s1 plot that wasnt introduced in the anime, but is present in the manga. And the timeline is different too. And the ending of the s1 anime is a bit different in the manga version.

The manga and the anime are worlds apart. The anime throws entire characters, character development and plot points out of the window.

Without going into spoiler territory, it stops being an one-sided dependence.
