The plot is cool, I also like the magase girl, but I'm having a hard time caring about anyone! When somebody dies, I'm like " Okay " Maybe I'm used to long animes or they are trying to get to some plot point fast as possible and not giving the characters time to develop. Might be both.

Im more kinda suprised about how the characters dying rather then feeling sad about there deaths.
Especially that last ep im not sad the characters died because like you said they didnt get the most fleshed out character development but how they died because $polier!!!!!!!

A.I Magase made them commit suicide.
Especially the ending scene that was brutal with that axe

Yeah i agree with you about the last scene. I wasn't sure if I was gonna wait for new episodes or just trash the show until the episode 7 axe scene, that gave me hope about the show, looks like they are not afraid of going for some dark stuff and I appreciate that.

Same as YutakaYamadafan

Tbh I don't really care that much about the characters (except Magase and Seizaki of course), but the fact that they die and the way the do impressed me.
I consider that Babylon mostly focuses on the story itself and not on its characters, it most of anime it would be a bad thing but Babylon does it in a certain way that's just fascinating

For me, it's like Steins;Gate, but on a lesser extent, where whenever something happens in the story, you'd realize you actually care more than you give yourself credit for.
