anyway, I think most of people judge on what the studio said, and in the end they can talk what suits the best; and that was mentioned before there are TV schedules and they can't aired on anytime. probably real reasons are others.

The animation quality was factually bad lol. you can't think it was superb when it was unarguably bad.

there was a lot of frames like this. it's not "pixel counting". Pixel counting would be complaining about the resolution, which was the same as every other anime (720 upscaled to 1080 at best)

& how long did this bad frame last? like out of 20 minutes at worst maybe you could get a total of 30 seconds of bad frames from the entire episode, like if you think pixel counting is an inapropriate term then how about frame counting? if a bad frame is displayed once in a while I dont mind it because it will go in few seconds at worst.

IMO most people care too much about animation quality but for me personaly that is not something I care that much about, for example I'm currently watching a Ufotable anime (Kara no Kyuokai) it's animation quality is obviously on a different level when compared to that of Azur Lane yet I enjoy Azur much more than KnK solely because Azur Lane is full of cute characters & fanservice.

Perhaps there is no need for the specials entry and this will be marked as airing until the remaining episodes of Azur Lane have been released. Similar to the delay of the final two episodes of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Ougon no Kaze.

I love how the comments are turned off, even they're aware that this terrible adaptation is just beyond repair at this point. They had 3 months and this is what they came up with, a revived Akagi and Amagi through the power of bs? At this point I'm just hoping for the 4koma adaptation to replace this dumpster fire once it comes out
