I still cannot believe that this show still doesn't even have 100k members yet. I remember there were a ton of clips going around about this show and it seemed like people had a good interest in this show, yet it still feels so empty a month later.

That's just how most seasonals end up nowadays. Somewhat popular series may be talked about during their season, but they will inevitably be thrown away and forgotten by the masses once the next season hits.

They really be doin this show dirty, damn. Unlike a lot of the Summer 2019 anime, this one felt the most original out of all of them.

Wasn't on Crunchyroll or Animelab, now a HiDive "exclusive". Was hard for me to find.

Because this is a simple ordinary slice of life , just from another perspective.
People with no life will give a low score on this.
Because their life is already screwed.
They had no intention to care about another persons life because they already try to fix their life and failed.

The same reason people whom never killed or fought in a war cannot truly fathom nor appreciate a movie about war...lack of empathy. I get if kids dont understand, even if they are literally at that age, around 16 or so, but I thought this was aa good show. I enjoyed it ,and it evolved in a most pleasing way.
Good things often go unappreciated by the shallow or unknowing. Thats just part of life it seems. :P

The ammount of pretentiousness in this thread is hilarious (adding more myself).
