| Honestly, I picked this up like a year or so ago because I wanted a guilty pleasure yaoi manga with like zero substance, but this ended up being something way more than expected. The last couple chapters got me to actually cry, I love these characters so much? It legit pulled the reverse of what most yaoi/BL stuff (that I've seen. I'm still new to this) does, which I did NOT expect. Usually these types of things start out cute, then it gets into non-consensual shit and I get uncomfortable. For this, it starts off non-con but then it turns into a compelling love triangle that also has friends actually caring about each other and delving into the emotions of everyone???? What the fuck. This is great. |
