so we got a deadly hick family that skins people and maybe eats them. Im guessing someone like Texas chainsaw massacre. The general curiosity of the ball line was pretty funny. It was nice to also get some explanation of exactly what happened to the kingdom and boy this show does not shy away from the violence. Also why do kingdoms think its always good to make the chunk of your guards robots. Shit can always have a chance of getting hacked.

This episode was decent. Philly the Kid is such a reference to Spike from Cowboy Bebop and other protagonists from the 90s anime era.

Shed with skinned corpses hanging? I wonder how they didn't figure out by the stench alone that something is wrong here... And why they leave the body after skinning it? If they're not cannibals, cannot they, you know, burn them or something? Unless the mother likes the stench of rotting meat...

I'm not sure about it, the first was very positive. I'll wait around but the mc's flaw of being a bit horny might be the deciding factor for me...the older I get the more I feel like I can't find things that match my tastes anymore:(

Not feeling the general vibe of this series just yet. The animation is alittle underwhelming and Philly isn’t particularly funny or suave. Currently Sam is the standout by far.

Didn’t expect such a dark turn in this episode, kinda gruesome at the end. Texas Chainsaw Massacre/Silence of the Lambs were not references I expected from this series for damn sure lol
