| Apparently, ‘Sora Yori no Tooi Basho’ has officially beaten and dethroned the long-lasting Code Geass R2 according to Anikore Rankings! Its average rating, out of 5 stars, is lesser than many of the top shows though so I’m really curious as to how it managed to achieve this feat. | Guess anikore has their own weighted point system that's not just based on the Story/Character/Sound/Visual rating you see. Not that I'm complaining; to me, Yorimoi absolutely deserves the top ranking, but I'm biased. |
| It is because they changed their weighing system. They cut the thresholds for points based on how many viewers have seen the anime.
