Question: All-boys K-On!

What do you think of an idea of like a spin-off about boys forming a rock band? It's worth noting that K-On! is about the activities of a band club. There is no rule saying it's only for girls. Both genders can play music, although both genders have different voices which can make a big difference in singing. Like K-On! Shuffle, it can be set in a different school, and the boys are inspired by Ho-kago Tea Time, and other past bands, which made them want to form a band. The all-boys rock band can play 70s-80s rock style with a lot of positivity and melodics in their music. The protagonist can either be the singer, rhythm guitarist, or the bassist. The guitarists and bassist can play Gibsons or Epiphones, and the drummer can play a Ludwig with Zildjian cymbals. Girls can like all-male bands the same way as boys do. The boys can also be cute and youthful looking too like having tall and rounded eyes like the girls in the original K-On!. So, what do you think?
