| The ending was a smooth one, but not really impactful. I think the author could've deepened the plot more before dropping the curtains and made a more dramatic ending. TBH the ending made the manga less memorable for me... |

| I feel like they should've ended the manga with the first round instead of continuing it at a different school. Also, the ending wasn't the greatest and I had a lot of unanswered questions. On another note, the teacher who was really into keeping pet cockroaches? His "secret" was milder than the other peoples' to say the least. I don't know why pretty much every secret had to be sexual for the most part. Then again, it is a death game and I feel like the author was trying to be as edgy as possible. |

| I didn't particularly care about this focus on the faculty. And, the ending was just kind of eh. It also didn't help that Minato's "decision" was essentially for naught as it was almost immediately retconned. It was more interesting while Minato was in school. Once the times-skip happened there was a sort of disconnect. I may have liked the second half more if they had tied it into the first half better. It felt more like a choppy sequel that was created for the sake of keeping it going rather than for the good of the plot. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't quite call it good either. |
