I won't spoiler tag since I have no idea how to do it on MAL, and I'm too lazy to look it up, so you've been warned.

Question 3: Hard to describe, they separate again but with a proper goodbye this time. Lelouch goes off with a certain someone to find out how to stop the Geass malfunction that's a major part of the plot of the movie at the end. He believes staying with her can only cause trouble, so it's understandable. His goal never was to be with her anyway and he's actively been working against being with her for the whole series.
