They even got the plain peasant girl in her role with the magical shoes. I'd say fate is a funny thing in this series. |

| Having blank pages could be a blessing, it means you get to make your own future instead of following a script, I would rather not be a slave to circumstances. If I did have to follow something I'm not sure what fate I would want my book to have, too many to choose from. Kinda sad how his own family are afraid of him and want him gone, everyone else also seems to not think highly of him as well, to hell with that woman yelling at him for no reason. Oh it's Loki, so this is where they met, Ex mentioned it in the previous episode, pretty sure I already know what he's up to here, ruin everything. Nice job hero, you took care of those monsters easily, now to make it to the ball and save everyone. |

| Still wasn't too sure about this show, but this episode helped a lot. It went into some backstory aspects that really made the world seem less chaotic and gave more of an introduction to the main points of the world. The first two episodes didn't grab my attention as much as this one had done. I'm enjoying it a lot more than I had expected to. |

| Hey, this episode was good enough to make me reconsider my pre-emptive 2/10. I actually almost enjoyed this one. They've actually started explaining what's going on in this world. Might end up being a decent show if they keep this quality up. |

| WHY IS THIS NOT EPISODE 1??? Really setting up the event of Cinderella, Ex and Loki the Chaos Teller with cinderella's story zone. If the pacing started from here, it would have been decent. With how this series started, it wasn't good.1 |

| The book of fates sure plays quite the important role in this world. Even as a child Ex was still quite brave. Still i guess this is also a double edged sword as well for ex. In a way i guess that both Ex and Cinderella are similar in that both are having a tough life due to their book of fates. Despite their hardships it was nice seeing both Ex and Cinderella bond with each other and support each other in their struggles. Having a friend truly can work wonders here. Now that was a interesting way of meeting your future team leader lol. Looks like Cinderella's tale won't be the happy ending as her book stated. An interesting ep that did well to expand upon Ex's character by showing his past and how he came to meet both Loki and Reina. The addition of Cinderella also added a emotional element as well. |

| I think this was a backstory of Ex and I must say it was good but I didn't get the transformation? Like what was that transformation? But at least they gave us a bit of understanding on how that world works and how he met with Reina. |

For me the problem with episodes 1/2 were that there was no context or reason to care about anything. Just some random characters in a poorly animated fairy tale. Episode 3 is actually about telling Exs' and Cinderella's story outside of the fairy tale, which is much more interesting. Whether it can turn it around, I'm not sure, but I'm now actually interested in what is going to happen next for the first time with this show. Why they did not start the series with this arc is quite the mystery... o_0 |
