| Seems like break-up for his sake. Would be interesting how this gonna turn out, really don't want to see his brother agreeing with their dating, rather he needs to defeat him and force him to leave somehow. |
| Well, at least both Hasuki and Wang sisters were able to stand for Inuzuka, when his brother was too cruel.. And well.. One week of being under watch isn't that much of a thing, so it's not that bad in the end.. Yeah, it's Persia's birthday and stuff, but I'm sure she'd be glad to celebrate it later together if she learned circumstances.. But I guess Inuzuka will act not calmly and make a mess out of it.. Well.. Maybe some of this time is really bad.. Like only 5 mins in toilet, wtf?.. But it's still only one week.. Inuzuka.. Maybe it'll be ok in the, cause of luck or something, but really you could just wait.. I hope that Persia just won't come to the meeting place after learning things.. But well, let's see.. On another hand, it's maybe symbolic thing to be able to stand against brother or something.. But earlier we didn't really see that his brother was a problem for Inuzuka in his adult years, so it doesn't really feel like genuine actual conflict that is present now.. Well.. It had to happen sooner or later.. The doubt that they should be meeting with whole world against them, and it being harder for both you, and your loved one.. I'm surprised it didn't happen earlier, and they were so strong or easy-going before this episode about this.. Also a bit surprised they didn't decide to make more drama out of this and make Persia say something like "we're not dating anymore" or something like this.. Well, maybe if they had more episodes, anime is nearing season's end, after all.. ;p |
| This was the best episode in the anime adaptation so far! Perfectly executed, really carried the same feeling and weight as the manga did in this arc. It felt more dramatic than usual, with less comedy, but I loved it for that! The part where Hasuki tries to pretend the rosary is for her and then just abandons Romio when Airu asks about the bra was just hilarious, it cracked me up. But the scene with Juliet was really heartbreaking, and for a lot of reasons. Romio went through all that pain and suffering just so he could be with Juliet on her birthday because he wanted to make her happy. Juliet feels so much guilt because she feels she's the cause of Romio's suffering. As long as they have to keep their relationship a secret, it's going to be like that. I think Juliet feels if it was her suffering she'd be okay, but she doesn't want Romio to suffer like that, it hurts her when she sees him like that, especially after she made a promise to always protect Romio. But she's also being torn up because she wants to be with Romio. It's really one of the saddest moments in this series. So heartbreaking. I thought I was more prepared because I knew what was coming but I was still teary! My favourite episode so far! Can't wait to see more! |

| The music... Persia's half-hidden face... Inuzuka's bad condition... in the end I seriously tought she was about to break up with him for his sake or something like that. I'm happy tho she didn't, even if breaking up might look the safest and fastest way to stabilize the situation, I believe a sudden interruption of the relationship would be just deleterious for both. Mutual support is what they need the most right now. Plus, is just beautiful to face the situation together and go through that "thorny line" mentioned by Hasuki together Also, how precious is Hasuki? I wish her the best |

| The melodrama sucks. I don't understand why their relationship could be considered taboo, especially in a boarding school admitting students from both countries. What is the point of setting up a school like this and sending your kids there if you don't want diplomatic and friendly interactions? Is the concern about race? Not really. Class? Doesn't seem like it. Politics? Then why tf is the princess even here, in a place full of "enemies"? |
