Does this have a "happy" ending?

Since the manga resolves around a ghost girl and a human boy, I was wondering if this story has a happy ending. It comes with a "romance" and a "supernatural" tag and it doesn't have a "drama" tag. So, if one were to read this for the romance part, would it be satisfying?

Do you leave this story with a smile or with tears on your face?

Yup. There are some sad moments, but end itself is really happy imo.

Thank you for the replies. So in the worst case it will end like anohana. Salvation for her, memories for him.

Then i'll give it a try and get some tissues ready.

Edit: Finished reading it and found that the ending is quiet okay.
There is a sad part when they finally uncover her past but in the very end it turns out to be good.

Yes. I assume that there will be some limitations down the road due to their beings, she is a ghost after all, but they get their happy ending.

Thinking about it got me wondering. The two of them can interact physically. What would happen if they tried to have a baby after a few years?

I like happy endings because i am a positive person and this manga did a really good job on satisfy me. Leave the sad endings for the depressed guys.
