| Definately not a sequel since some characters who died on previous seasons appear and also not a prequel either since all the team is together. As others previously mentioned is more of a side story, set in the same world but not connected to the main story line. It can be compared to how Fate anime works, as op said. Background remains, story changes. Although I wouldn't recommend it to watch as a stand alone, I think there's still important info from previous seasons to understand how Psycho Pass universe works |
