Does it worth purchasing the Blu-ray?

As far as I've seen the Blu-ray says to be the extended version with directors cut scenes. Does it means that they've added some extra chapters on blu-ray version? Or is it just the same with some extra scene from the chapters they've covered on this OVA? If the blu-ray contains some more chapters like the NTR part then I think I might give it a shot.
