Staff recruitment is open (and desperately wanted) for anyone who is interested. Of course, there are a few requirements you need to fulfill before you can join, but please don't let that deter yourself from joining. Its just to make sure that the right people become admins. ;)
Anyway, before you can become an admin, you need here are the requirements you need to fulfill:

Be regularly active. At least show your face more than 3 times per week.
Be committed/determined. Don't just do it for fun, I mean, you are doing it for fun too of course, but don't just join half-heartedly.
Have a good record in the club. As in, don't break too many rules.
Don't be a fresh new member who just joined. After all, there is too little to go on.
Be responsible, friendly and willing to actually do stuff. (Please don't be a lazer... Two lazers are too much...)
If you have good judgement, it's a big bonus. ^^

If you can say yes to all of those, you are welcome to join the administration. You will then be added to a Discord chat and placed under a short trial (like one month) where we will evaluate whether or not you truly are capable of being an admin. Of course, as an admin, you will have the following duties:

Watch out for anyone who is breaking the rules. And warn them of course.
Approve characters! Fast if possible, but also be qualitative. We don't want any op skills.
Conduct yourself with respect and dignity befitting of an admin as well as establishing order.
Take care of member requests in the Request Thread.
Use Observers to maintain order or intervene in threads. Like being a shopkeeper.
Update threads. Such as Character Profiles. Please check threads regularly.
Hold events/missions and judge/evaluate fights.
Keep the club active. Like create events, comment often etc.
And finally, manage day2day operations.

I may add a few new things if they come up, but for now that is all. You may ask, why join if its such a hassle? Its not! You can directly join in shaping the club, can do many things members can't (like holding events) and also be a rolemodel for everyone. Timezone you live in: GMT +2, but as you've noticed I'm seemingly online 24/7 at times.
Reason you want to join: with the sudden shift in power, I think I might be able sleaze my way through the corporate ladder here and rise slowly, until ultimately overtaking you in a similar manner to my inferior twin, just better I thought I could help, especially with the whole new clubroom we have here. Not sure what t o say much more, I don't have anything in particular to say about all this tbh.
Experience in roleplaying: Eh, a few years, kinda
Experience in administrating: I've been an admin in Shiroku 3 times I think. Also Golden Dawn. Around 2-3 one liner RP clubs that asked me to be their admin. I did nothing and wasn't even a participant of the club, yet still had the prestige of an admin. It was a good time. Also; ISLAND OF THE LEGENDS.
Most interested area(s): Mission overseeing(kinda, I'm not sure if I could really overseer a fight all that well atm), character approval(kinda), updating threads, meme making, request approval that don't actually require a week of consultation and could easily be approved within a minute, yet aren't because they are usually just forgotten.
Anything else you want to say: I promise to flirt with all admins equally.

Reason you want to join: To help with the recent mess that has begun, make sure the club keeps going and to be one of the more active admins in the voting as I have been hearing that as a complaint.
Experience in roleplaying: I have been roleplaying on this website I think since the Legion City RP, with it being the very first time doing something of such sorts. Afterwards I delved into a few clubs, delved outta MAL to go more into DnD and came back for this on the side whilst continuing DnD mainly.
Experience in administrating: I have been an admin to one club in particular, which however does not have the most value in the form of Ethereal Insurrection. I am a bit dissatisfied from my acts of that time, but I think I have gotten out of that bit of a messy state. Otherwise not really.
Most interested area(s): Conversing over story elements, holding events, overseeing missions I guess are the main things. Not so much into the pure numbers.
Anything else you want to say: DESTROY THE OPPRESSION!

Anything else you want to say: I'll admit I get a bit powerhungry at times, but with Elvario wanting to join the administration, I'm sure that will be kept in check for the most part due to his calm nature and the fact that he doesn't put up with my shit.

Nobody thought you would be that good as an admin yet. It just didn't seem like you put in a lot of effort with your posts. And to me at least, you delete your charas often enough that it makes it seem like there is not a lot of long term commitment on your part. However, there's no rule saying you can't just contribute in comments/suggestion thread and review character skills or events or new rules, or suggest your own changes.

Thank you for your applications. Unfortunately, we have decided to not accept either of your applications. Though we appreciate the desire to help from both of you, at this time we feel that neither of you are truly suited to the position.

TheAnimeAdmiral: Your application is... peculiar. You ask us to put our trust in your ability to be an admin, yet your application doesn't show any significant amount of faith in your own abilities. Not to mention the fact that you include things like "meme making" in your interested areas while you have a sort of reputation for being a jokester. And while neither of those points proves you're incapable, you also haven't done much of anything to prove that you are capable. Perhaps once you've conducted some missions, or provided some suggestions in the Feedback thread, we will rethink our verdict.

LondotheGreat: Though you have considerably more experience in the club than TheAnimeAdmiral, even having been an Admin once in the distant past, your personality is as much an issue as (if not more than) his. While nobody denies your abilities, part of the role of admin includes trying to be be respectful and civil during lengthy discussions, something that you've struggled with considerably in the past. Perhaps in the future, when we've been able to see more noticeable signs of your ability to restrain yourself against opponents in discussions, you will be considered for admin again.

Again, thank you for applying. While rejection is never pleasant for either party involved, I hope that we all (myself included) may continue to improve in our various ways as we enjoy our time in Gaea together.
