| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Another great chapter! A male Beast-Lord was hurt while he tried to prevent those people from taking his child, and since they can't let the wild ones die, they took him to Kazalm, but he was so afraid, and berserk that no one could treat him, so Esal asked Erin to use her harp, and it worked! Esal taking a blanket to spend the night with Erin in the shed was so heartwarming, I loved the scene! Of course she was curious about the harp, but she also didn't want to leave Erin there alone like that, so it was cute, she is becoming her family too. And this meeting with Eku, a truly wild and adult Beast-Lord, is helping them to realize a lot about Beast-Lords too. And well, after seeing Erin pulling through so smoothly, Esal asked her to teach her how to produce those sounds, and Erin after a deep breath, said that it would be simple to do so, but that she had something to say to her before doing it, and so she shared the details about her meeting with the that man from the mist, what he said about the tragedy, and the 'player skills". Esal took the chance and finally talked to someone about that meeting from her past, with another man from the mist, taking a weight off her shoulders. She also understood Erin's resolve, that she would be able to prevent a disaster as long as she is the only one capable of taming the Beast-Lords, and agreed that she should be the only one able to use this skill, even though it could bring danger to her side. Esal is definitely a much better character here. |
