Initial D
| Should I watch the Initial D anime or rather read the manga ? |
| For the most part the races are MUCH better in the anime, maybe except for Fifth Stage where most races are too short compared to the manga. And since the races are pretty much the main part of the show, I'd rather go for the anime. The manga has better and more consistent character designs thoughs. In the anime the style constantly changes, because every season was made by a different studio, so it's hard to get used to the different art styles. There are a few other minor changes, the anime leaves out some chapters, but it also add some filler scenes and episodes here and there, but for the most part it's not a big difference. |
