Underrated anime

Hey people,
I'm new to the club thing, and just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on anime (or manga). I've seen a few of the popular anime and was wondering if there were any underrated animes out there that you guys might suggest.
Hopefully, we can even save this club. *fingers crossed*

Well it's not at all underrated, but I notice Cowboy Bebop is missing from your list? Definitely worth trying!

Also since you've seen most of the popular shonen, you could try Yu Yu Hakusho (same author as HxH), I finally started watching it myself recently. Still too early to say much about it, but I know it's highly regarded. You could also check out Gurren Lagann since you watched Kill la Kill.

As for underrated ones, you could try Eureka Seven - although maybe that's just more overlooked than underrated, a lot of people just missed it entirely I think. Hai to Gensou no Grimgar is something much more divisive that you could check out, it seems like either people appreciate it for the slower pace and grounded approach to it's premise, or they hate it for not being like some other shows.

2 years later but kind of still getting used to how everthing goes but have you ever watched a show called wixoss?

Anime you haven't seen that I would recommend (they're not underrated tho)

Dr Stone. (If you enjoy science, you'll love this)
Black Clover (extremely slow start, power through (till episode 14) if you can! pure shounen)
Tower of God. (Good writing)
Kobayashi-San Chi no Maid Dragon (If you like comedy)
Mushishi (If you want a chill vibe)
One Piece. (I mean I think you know about this haha)
Gurren Lagann (pretty much a classic mecha)
Vinland Saga (Vikings, really good, highest priority on this list)
Toriko (But only if you're OK reading manga, otherwise I'd remove this)
Yu Yu Hakusho (classic shounen, old, literally amazing! - same author as HxH)
