STAFF RECRUITMENT

★·.·´¯`·.·★ ɢʀᴀᴘʜɪᴄ ᴅᴇⓢɪɢɴᴇʀⓢ 𝟷/𝟹 ★·.·´¯`·.·★

⇨ Graphic designers are responsible for the layouts, the banners and the main club pictures going along with the layout
⇨ 2 graphic designers that will be working on the layouts for seasonal events such as Halloween, Christmas, St-Valentines, April fool, Easter and Summer vacation. Each layout for the seasonal events will be only 1 month long (except and 1 for the summer one which will be 2 month)
⇨ 1 graphic designers will be working for main layouts outside the seasonal events, they will change every 2 month

⇨ You are allow to release your own editions individually, as long as they are in terms with the vocaloid community.
⇨ No N.S.F.W. please... (////)
⇨ You'll start first as an officer, therefor you'll have to send your cards examples to me by messages. After that you may as well be promoted as an admin which means you'll be free to release your card collections without neessarilly having to ask for my permission (of course you'll have to respect the rules above).
⇨ If you've already worked in a club as a card maker, than don't hesitate showing some of your previous work.

⇨ You'll basically post some new events for the club on the members profile
⇨ You'll also probably be delivering some cards some times

★·.·´¯`·.·★ ᴄʟᴜʙ ɪɴᴠɪᴛᴇʀⓢ 1/ɪɴғ ★·.·´¯`·.·★

⇨ We encourage everyone on participating to club invitations so there's no limit
⇨ Make sure to invite mostly vocaloid fans/liker. Don't just go out and sent random invitations to people just like that
⇨ Do NOT spam invitations. If a person denies an invitation than just live it (seriously I'll be very angry if you do that so don't (҂ `3´ )

★·.·´¯`·.·★ ᴍᴜsɪᴄ ᴍᴏɴᴏᴛᴏʀⓢ 𝟶/𝟺 ★·.·´¯`·.·★

⇨ Music monitors will be the one responsible for both the playlist and the featured song
⇨ The featured songs needs to be replaced by a vocaloid/UTAU song sung by a vocaloid/UTAU
⇨ In the playlist section, the job consist to find the Youtube playlist of some vocaloid producer's vocaloid works
⇨ Note that some vocaloid/UTAU producers don't have a playlist of their own vocaloid song and sometimes they mix them with some of their other work so you'll have to find some playlist made by other people or even make one yourselves

⇨ Game and thread monitors will be the one responsible for monitoring the threads or/and games
⇨ Thread monitors will be the ones to make sure there are no fighting in the threads or posts that are completely irrelevant that to the thread discussion (you can just put their irrelevant posts under brackets if that happens)
⇨ Game monitors will be the ones to make sure that people play the games correctly and that there are no fights during the games
⇨ Make sure to not be to strict while monitoring the thread/games, we mostly want people to have a good and fun time here (^^)

⇨ I have school so I won't always be here to supervising the club, that's why I would like at least 1 or 2 people to be here at my working hours
