Question about Love in this anime

Just want to know will this be like almost every other anime that's kinda this type. MC meets badass girl,falls in love, badass girl betrays MC, MC becomes cold and wants revenge ? Or will badass girl also fall in love with MC and they die in the end ? Is this whats this anime is about ? I watched first episode, that was my view about it after watching that first episode.

None of us really know. Despite the series being incredibly violent, the vast majority of characters ultimately survive their fights. (In particular, something like 90+% of the female characters introduced are still alive.) So I would be pretty surprised if the author pulled off some sort of downer ending where Hitomi or the MC die.
