Ok, so, the PV for this show showcases impressive background art, but dull animation, then, the matter is: Will this be the first "Seven" studio good complete length anime (no hentai included)? Or will it just be another dumb dull thing by them? Considering they made the infamous Ousama game and those 12 episode "hentai" shorts recently, I have no real trust on this one, but as I said, the backgrounds look gorgeous, so I'm planning to check this out.
What do you think?

Wait... So, these guys made Ou-sama Game? Yikes, and I wanted to have at least some expectations on this.
No tomo malas decisiones, solo me gusta apoyar causas perdidas.
Disfruté Mayoiga, Ou-sama Game, Evil or Live, Mirai Nikki, Big Order, Arifureta, Ex-Arm, Tesla Note, Shuumatsu no Harem y Platinum End
nope les falle con esa, lo siento pero todos tenemos nuestros límites.
Así de jodido es mi gusto en anime, ¡Y estoy pinche orgulloso de ello!

Well, I’m seven episodes in and so far, I’d say it’s okay. It does fit the typical mold of your Sherlockian anime. I hear a lot of hentai talk from you guys, but to be perfectly frank, this might be the farthest series from a hentai that I am watching this season. There hasn’t been any ecchi/fanservice at all so far (at least as far as I can remember).

As far as the quality of the series so far, I’d say it’s pretty average. I think the characters are kinda bland and cookie cutter. I don’t get a sense of great depth to any of the characters. Then again, that might also be by design because even as a fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s work, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson weren’t exactly deep, fleshed our characters either (although at least Dr. Watson provided narrative as to why Holmes could make his deductions.

I think from a deductive reasoning standpoint, the show is pretty interesting. Like I said though, I just wish the characters were more interesting because I’m having a hard time getting invested in Aoi’s character.

Well, I guess it's not my mold, those 80 detective conan movies will probably do the work better.

More than likely. I mean, I’d say the visuals of this series are probably better than any Detective Conan movie. However, if you’re looking for a “mystery series,” you could do far better than this one.
