Author's mistake? Inconsistencies about Urara's virginity? Chapter 107 is contradictory to chapter 36?

Chapter 37 :

Ryu said (or guessed) to Urarara that's she's not a virgin. Urara, taken aback, did not clearly deny what she said. So, we readers assumed that it's true.

Chapter 107:

Ryu himself said and I quote: "As A Virgin", referring to Urarara. Again, Urara did not deny it, but her gestures made us readers assumed it's also true

Question:
1. Is it author's mistake? She probably forgot about her own character.
2. Or it's that Ryu is the one who actually forgot the thing he said before?

P.S: I'm not questioning the virginity, just in case if you want to laugh at me. I just can't believe that Japanese mangaka had made a crucial mistake. I think it's the first one I ever found.

Are you talking about the flashback (107)? It's her backstory so she probably still a virgin back then

Also, like you already pointed out, were just guessing here, nothing about that is revealed so far, everything is just speculation so far, more importantly, Urara's reactions in both chapters could go either way, after all that is a very sensitive topic for girls her age

Imho based on my observation, she's most probably still a virgin, after all nothing happen with that teacher, and judging from her personality, she's not the kind of girl, she's too traditional kind of girl, and especially her backstory's climax is her having to lose her virginity to that teacher but she chose not to
