| Since Garda's premise, all the cult stuff are surfacing more prominently. I might hate it if the end become just a product of destiny or something. But that's another topic for the succeeding volumes, so..... I can't really tell why or for what purpose that Layla and her father's whereabouts and livelihood to be detailed more than 5 pages just to be given another 'tragic' scenario again, really, why. Or will they be involve for more future plots? Maybe some noble who knew that 'incident' might go asks them to be a witness, if that's the case, then this encounter with Orba might bear fruit to advance the intrigues. In my conclusion with this volume, the tension and despair built up for everyone on Orba's side/nakama was really well written. Gil's return was such a hyped.....And yeah, just how did Vileena guessed right who's the one behind the mask? |
