Well just watched this one and it was excellent. Best episode thus far, with some nice action and the most we've seen of Skullman thus far. They're throwing a lot of information at you in this episode though, I might have to rewatch this tommorow in order to keep up with all the happenings :P

This episode just leaves more questions than answers. Why skull man killed the girl and others? because she can 'transform',which means those others could 'transform' as well? why are those two 'werewolf' tagging along with skull man? and finally the million dollar question, who the heck is skull man?

Oh, I kinda think that the Skeleton man is that priest...

Oh, and the 4 episode is allready out!~
Hooray for Makoto Fansubs..3 ep. in 2 days! :D

I hope not (seems a little too obvious no? :P ) but I believe half of his mask is off at some time during the OP and he looks a bit different.. I think I'm gonna go have a look at that right now actually.

Edit:
Skullman:

Priest:

Although there's similarity's I'm pretty sure they're different people.
And yeah, Makoto has done a great job in such a short time. I'd really recommend people that were planning to wait for Shinsens (like me at first) try out Makoto's, I was pleasantly suprised.

WHOA. I didn't see that bit coming at all.

Personally, I was disappointed by this episode. The action wasn't very good - the first part, especially, kept being interrupted by the extremely slow coffee shop scene - and now there's people who transform into animals...? Eh. I dunno about these new developments. Suddenly I find myself less interested.

It certainly has taken an interesting turn.. I think the priest is the best bet for who the skeleton guy is. During one part of the episode the priest was "out", probably doing skeley stuff, and I'm guessing the girl who was killed was also given the skull necklace by the priest (I haven't seen 4 & 5 yet)

Dibs on Ishida!

I definitely feel sorry for Sayoko this episode. Well, the Skull Man strikes again at the end there.

Well I didn't expect this kind of development, it's interesting but kinda weird, not sure if I like it or not but it sure is nice development! That ending sure was intense! Lets see what's next!

What the hell just happened 0_0 an angel, beastmen, and an assassination :O

My guess is that the White Bell Association is behind the angels while the Skullman is trying to take them down and the actress was killed by a 3rd party probably the guy who talked to the mayor over the phone and wore a lab coat.

Hey, this is turning out better than I expected.

I'm very interested in how the story develops from here!

Man, I thought this would be a somewhat realistic mystery animu. Not a magical furry anime.

Also, LOL at that reasoning there Kiriko.

"So, there's a mass murderer near here who tried to kill this unconscious actress in this abandoned theater. Let's just leave her there."

Humm... This is quite... disturbing. I wasn't expecting that the experiences were about creating "animal-like mutants". More importantly, this Skull guy is quite horrible since he seems to murder even people who look like they were guinea pigs without knowing it (potentially abused as children in the orphanage).

4/5 despite the unnecessary disrupting action scenes.

A bit sad to read above that "action" or monsters or Skull guy are necessary in order to make an episode "better".

@CodeBlazeFate Pretty good classic mystery here, in case you're interested into the genre.
