Why does this one have a harem tag ?

Very misleading with that harem tag. It put me off from reading for months because of that.
This one doesn't even have a love triangle let alone a harem.
Funny how there are harem manga and anime on this site that doesn't even have a harem tag.

I thought it would be a triangle with the waitress early on and how MC Grandad met his wife when she was working as a waitress too but oh well, what did you think of the whole story ?
