| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- "She was smiling at you, Kotooka-san." Kotooka couldn't bring herself to release the secrets and split up the group. Of course not. After she tried to manipulate Asakura into confessing, she learned that Asakura is actually jealous of her simply because of her "position" as Tsukasa's friend. She's not as alone in this situation as she thought, which is further drilled in when Asakura unknowingly hit the bull's eye later (pg 43-44). "What about you, Nadeshiko? Aren't you going to congratulate me?" Totally uncalled for, and I can't excuse it, though I understand that she's under a lot of pressure, and unfortunately she takes it out on those who love her the most. If I'm hurting, then she should be hurting, too, after all. And that's despite hints that perhaps she is actually glad that Nadeshiko loves her, she just has no idea how to deal with that fact (in this chapter pg 14-15, but it's been hinted at in previous chapters, too). It's curious that Nadeshiko is so interested in the reason why Subaru engages in crossdressing. Is she hiding more secrets as well? |
