So that's it! The earth where Shun and Akashi lived is just a copy made by the original Earthlings of the year 3857.

Wow... this explains a lot.

Alien Planet <=> Original Earthling of Year 3857 (Acid Mana) > Artificial Brother created by Acid Mana (Sein Kami)> God (Ushimitsu)

This would explain how Takeru wasn't able to reach further than the dimension of Mana's imagination.

Now, my question would then be:
Does anything matter then? Since the stories of the sequels happened on an imaginary earth, all the deaths don't matter anymore, do they? Since the real people from 2000's all lived their lives out normally once already from the original Earth. The ones who had to go through the "game" are merely copies.
I read Manga in both English and Chinese.

We'll they may be copies but that don't mean that it din't matter for them, they are like real people, with different emotions and feelings, so it really don't change much

This should be called "how to make bad ending worse, illustraded guide", but "zero" sums it up perfectly anyway.

Zero f's were given by author about both his readers and characters he created.

Final nail in The coffin to a Great manga with trash ending.

So that was how the other Earths were created. This manga was really weird, and I don't know if this prequel was really necessary, but it was a nice read. Explained a little about how the created universes and the powers work.

Hoping for a more elaborate prequel but at least this was able to wrap up the questions that was left by the ending.

Just curious if mamoru was living on the same earth as our heroes in the manga.

This is a pretty short sequel but it's a nice explanation of Mana's backstory.
Until this chapter, I didn't see the connection to the main serie but it's actually just one of the many worlds Aman is playing with.

That sure was one short read...

I kinda feel like this short manga further ruins the actual series rather than adding some substance to it.

I mean... I guess it does give some explanations but it removes most of the meaning from the main story.

I can see there being potential to mostly ignore the original and go for the 'overarching plot' instead in the future but not too sure how that would work out, really. Especially with how the manga was generally leading deeper and deeper into disaster that is the finale of 2.. reminded me of Gantz with how things went a bit too absurd by the end.

Adding content with such an absurd level of power is something that's almost impossible to handle well in a story that tries to be serious without it turning into disaster.
