We Terminator now, seems like the future is grim and controlled by Black Ghost? Although not actually cnofirmed as we just saw robots attacking them so it could very well be something else entirely, who knows.

Also sometimes lately I get the feeling that 002 have some romantic feelings for 004 even though she obviously loves 009.

Haha obviously you meant 003. Yeah, I can see them as a cute ship actually. More interesting than the predictable "lead guy gets only girl"

They put real money into this episode. The art was gorgeous. And the angst pose after joe destroyed 5 UFOs? Chefs kiss. To be honest, he really has a reason to be in his feelings. Being shown your future means nothing is pretty heavy stuff.

I like how they used reverse time dilation for the psychics. I'm assuming them going back to the past the first time is what will cause the future to change. So the "future" Joe is in currently is an alternate one where the cyborg team didn't save the day. Also, apparently this story isn't going with the time rule that meddling with the past will destroy reality as we know it. I guess the mangaka is from a time where we didn't have as many theories on time so his story can get a pass. Time destruction is why "Alice" had those custodians in the night festival episode. But that episode was anime original and created in the 2000s, so the writers would definitely acknowledge the time elephant in the room.

002 clearly feels like he has a shot. He was jealous in the beginning, tries to comfort 003 every now and then, and shipped the two of them together in his cyborg stories he told to the kid in the standalone episode. 002 can't get the girl. Japanese writers can't let American's win in their stories. Especially when it comes to getting the girl. To be fair, American stories don't usually let any Asian guy steal the girl either. I just wish more Shonen stories would drop the will they won't they and commit to relationships. Magi did a great job in the manga. Because the mangaka is a woman and almost all the best Shonen manga with romantic relationships with satisfying payoffs are written by women.

I'm guessing all the Psychic's are gonna die like Mythos did. Lets see how it goes. It was nice to see an XX chromosome didn't fall for Joe at first sight. This guy has no redeeming qualities in a lover. He's literally a under one minute man.
